‘Personal Sunrise’ does not collect any data and does not need a network! To play an (optionally) chosen radio stream, it does use internet access, and (optionally, if the plugin is installed) the weather forecast needs it. The only data that is sent by my app is your location (latitude/longitude) if required for the weather forecast – you can even manually enter them and fake the last one or two decimals of the data if you like.
The rights requested by the app at installation time are needed to work correctly (do not interfere with telephony, switch WLAN on/off etc).
